About Us: The Leadership
Nick DigbyNick Digby has lived in the Middle-East since 2004, at the start of Dubai’s rapid growth. “Dubai has changed drastically since I arrived four years ago. Apart from the obvious physical changes, the Emirate has developed socially and culturally, making it feel very much like a new city”.

Nick Digby manages the growth and expansion of Echo-Xpats, and the general day-to-day management of the firm. In addition, he enjoys spending time consulting clients, and exploring new challenges for the business.

Having grown up between London, Singapore, and spending time in Hong Kong, Philippines, New York and Texas, Nick Digby really understands the stresses and strains of international relocation. “We always had the benefit of structured support when moving from country to country, and I have seen the positive impact it has had on our lives, and how comfortable and familiar we have felt in our new environment.”

As Dubai develops, so must Echo-Xpats “Dubai has turned from a small fishing village to a dynamic, energetic city in less than half a century, surpassing everyone's expectations. As a business, it is necessary to keep up with this growth if we are to continue to deliver the high levels of service we do currently” says Nick. “Our testimonials are a tribute to the services we provide, and the true depth of the impact we have on our clients” continues Nick.

Educated at the University of Brighton in Hotel Management, Nick Digby began his career working in some of the finest hospitality establishments in the world, including the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and the Ritz-Carlton Group. The transition to relocation seemed a natural blend of true, fine hospitality, and international experiences; “Having grown up and lived overseas as well as working in the best hotels in the world, developing a relocation business felt like a logical step – to merge first class hospitality with first hand experiences... The birth of Echo-Xpats”.
